Leave It All on the Mountain
Three back-to-back mountain hikes, nearly 80 miles, and an event built on helping each other rather than beating each other.

I recently completed a multi-day "trail marathon" consisting of three back-to-back mountain hikes covering a total of nearly 80 miles.
I would never have attempted this on my own, but I learned about an organization called 29029 and got hooked by their approach to building community while stretching yourself through difficult challenges. Their mission is to help people accomplish intense challenges that help you evolve into a better version of yourself.
The best part for me is that it's not about winning, it's about being completely yourself while surrounded with professional support, coaching, and co-adventurers who are working on themselves. Instead of trying to beat each other, the events create an atmosphere of helping each other, and the results are awe-inspiring.
Here's a video called The Finish Line Is Just the Beginning that I made to process some of my 29029 Trail experience in the context of my Be True and Growth Posture frameworks.
